ICT Comic Con and Science Fiction Expo is pleased to welcome the absolutely legendary Tom Cook to our year 10.0 event being held August 29th and 30th, 2026! Mr. Cook is literally the man behind some of our favorite and most cherished childhood memories.

Tom began his career as an animator and director in 1978 at Hanna-Barbera Studios where he worked as an assistant animator on Challenge of the “SuperFriends”, “Godzilla”, “Scooby Doo”, “Smurfs”, “Pacman” and the “Flintstones”.

A short stop at Ruby-Spears had him working on “Thundarr the Barbarian”, “Heathcliff”, “Fang Face” and “Plastic Man”. Freelancing at Film Roman he worked on the Emmy Award Winning Garfield Special “Babes and Bullets” and for Bill Melendez on the Peanuts Special “This is America Charlie Brown”.

Moving to Filmation Studios in 1980, which at this point had become the only animation studio doing animation in the United States, and worked on “Tarzan”, “Flash Gordon”, “Blackstar”, “Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids”, “The Brown Hornet”, “He-Man and the Masters of the Universe”, “She-Ra Princess of Power”, “Ghostbusters”, “Lone Ranger”, “Zorro”, “The Kids Super Power Hour with Shazam” (Captain Marvel), “Hero High” and the futuristic Western “Bravestarr”. He was also involved with many TV commercials such as The Jolly Green Giant, Chevrolet, the 7 Up Spot campaign and the Paula Abdul video for “Opposites Attract” featuring MC Skat Kat.

He then directed many episodes of these favorite TV cartoons: “Road Rovers”, Disney’s “Mighty Ducks”, “PB & J Otter”, “Duckman”, “King of the Hill”, “Savage Dragon”, HBO’s “Happily Ever After Fairy Tales”, “Extreme Ghostbusters”, “Extreme Dinosaurs”, ” The Simpsons” and many more.
He also animated or was the Key Clean-up artist on a number of motion pictures such as Walt Disney’s “Prince and the Pauper” starring Mickey Mouse, Roger Rabbit in “Tummy Trouble”, “The Jetson’s Movie”, “Rover Dangerfield”, “Stay Tuned”, “Pinocchio and the Emperor of the Night”, Steven Spielberg’s “Were Back”, and Don Bluth’s “Thumbelina”.

ICT Comic Con and Science Fiction Expo is thrilled to welcome comic artist and illustrator extraordinaire Dave Wilkins to our Year 10.0 event as a featured guest! That’s right true believers, Mr. Wilkins has worked for Marvel, DC Comics, Darkhorse, Image Comics and Sideshow collectibles. He also has been a force in the gaming industry as an art director and concept artist working for Namco, Bandai, Capcom, and Sony PlayStation. Dave Wilkins currently is the lead artist on the ONE DND team at Wizards of the Coast. We are super excited to have Dave Wilkins join us here in the mighty ICT!

ICT Comic Con and Science Fiction Expo is pleased to welcome Rick Stasi as a featured guest for our Year 10.0 event! As well as being a super guy, Mr. Stasi is an accomplished comic book artist with credits at DC Comics, Marvel Comics, Charlton Comics, NOW Comics (Twilight Zone), Eclipse, Disney, Warner Bros. (Looney Tunes & Tiny Toons for Steven Spielberg) and LucasFilms/STAR WARS. Rick also contributes to Wonder Woman Day, an annual charity event that supports shelters for abused women and children.
Rick has taught comics, sequential art and storyboarding courses for more that twenty years, as an instructor with the Shawnee Mission School District, The Westport School of Art and The Kansas City Art Institute. He currently gives individual instruction and career counseling.

A true renaissance man, Rick Stasi is also an accomplished author and performer. His first non-comics related publishing venture, a book of original poetry and musings titled Funny You Should Ask! is in its second printing. Rick also produced a 2-CD audio collection of original poetry, musings and music Talking To Myself (To You!) and performs An Evening With Rick Stasi, one-man shows in live venues, for local charities. Currently, he is working on an animated version of this work. He is also a voice talent.

Rick has recently launched his own YouTube channel, Ninth Street Theatre Presents, Playhouse of the Mind featuring his spoken word performances and graphic design.

Most of all Mr. Rick Stasi has been a Wichita fan favorite since the 1980’s and we are thrilled to have him back with us here in the mighty ICT! Shazam!

Please give a big ICT Comic Con and Science Fiction Expo welcome to Clinton T. Hobart! Mr. Hobart is a Fine Artist and Licensed Disney Fine Artist. He creates original oil paintings of a wide variety of subjects ranging from classical subject matter such as fruit and eggshells to more modern subjects such as Mickey Mouse and Doritos. Even his Disney paintings are technically still-lifes, because he works from real objects in front of him. If he cannot find the objects he desires to paint he frequently will build elaborate “Sets” to work from. For his painting of the tower from the Disney movie Tangled he constructed a four foot tall replica of it made out of stone, mortar, cardboard, plaster and wood. The sculpture has since become as popular as the actual painting.

In addition to painting for Disney, Hobart also paints still-lifes, portraits, cosplay paintings, and ocean waves. He has taught classes and workshops all over the world but now limits his teaching to one week a year at Scottsdale Artists’ School in Arizona. He has been featured on NBC News, FOX News, The CW, ABC News, and American Artist magazine. Hobart’s painting “A Portrait of Doritos” is in the private collection of actor Michael Rooker from Guardians Of The Galaxy and The Walking Dead.

Other TV shows he’s boarded on include The Vampire Diaries (seasons 6-8), Black Lightning, Legacies, Dynasty (all CW), and Bigger (BET).

Mr. Mellon is a graduate of The Kubert School, founded by comic book legend Joe Kubert.

ICT Comic Con and Science Fiction is pleased to welcome Randall Aviks to our Year 10.0 event! Wichita’s own Randall Aviks is an actor and assistant director, known for Darkness (1993), The Dead Can’t Dance (2010), Other (2015), and most recently Red Hand (2017). Probably best known for his role as Liven the Vampire, Randall is also one of the creative forces behind Black Raven Comics as a comic book artist and writer.  Together with writer/creator Richard Cathey, Randall Aviks is a co – creator of the Space Pirate Takeo. Randall’s unique and creative art style has put Space Pirate Takeo in a universe of it’s own. Randall and Co Artist Guest of Honor Chris Moore are teaming up on an exiting new Black Raven Comics project as well. Stop by the Black Raven Comic’s booth to meet Liven himself Randall Aviks in person for yourself!

ICT Comic Con and Science Fiction Expo is pleased to announce writer, illustrator, graphic and digital artist, Brad Voth! Mr. Voth has also created many promotional posters for the ICT Comic Con and Science Fiction Expo including a new poster for this year.

A native of Kansas, skills as both an animator as well as an illustrator. Brad is a graduate of Missouri State University, graduating in 2009 with a BFA with an emphasis in animation. Brad is currently in development with his brand Skullshocker, with which he intends to have several self -published graphic novels New Haven-a Sci Fi crime story set in both the past and the future, as well as The Mighty Tim, Rebel Hauser Monster hunter, Bif Milestone!

Also currently working for Upper Deck as a Sketch card artist, Dynamite cover Artist, as well as pinup artist in Spread , and Unearthed.
